Poised Gentlemen Institute is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Every dollar given here funds cohort delivery for boys ages 10 to 17.
What your gift funds
Youth funding is crowded with programs that report attendance and call it impact. We measure at three checkpoints and we report what we find. If you fund a cohort, you get the pre and post data.
- $85 provides one starter kit for a boy entering a cohort.
- $300 funds one full session for a cohort.
- $1,200 carries one boy through a complete semester, materials and measurement included.
- $4,950 funds one full cohort: 12 sessions, 8 to 12 boys, all materials, and the full measurement stack.
For institutional funders
If you are a foundation program officer, a corporate giving lead, or an individual donor considering a significant gift, we will walk you through the method and the measurement architecture before you commit anything. We would rather you fund a method than fund hope.

Poised Gentlemen Institute is a Louisiana nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, classified as a public charity under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). Our EIN is 42-3430743. We provide written acknowledgment for every contribution. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless stated at the time of the gift.
No part of the net earnings of the Corporation inures to the benefit of any private individual. Our annual IRS Form 990 filing is reviewed by the Board of Directors prior to submission and is available to the public as required by law.
